Job summary
A leading construction company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance for a hospital construction project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background managing QA/QC systems in healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Previous experience with Tier 1 contractors is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to large-scale healthcare infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- At least 5 years in hospital or healthcare projects.
- Experience with Tier 1 contractors or consultants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the project-specific Quality Management Plan.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for QA/QC matters.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality meetings.

Education
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a hospital construction project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing QA/QC systems for large-scale healthcare or similar complex projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

- Ensure that all works comply with hospital standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on all QA/QC-related matters.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality meetings to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10–15 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in hospital or healthcare projects.
- Previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors or consultants on healthcare facilities.
