Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of estimation processes and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in estimation, preferably in fit-out/construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
• Source material quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain updated pricing records for materials and subcontractors.
