A reputable construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Snagging Inspector with significant experience in conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in identifying construction defects and snags, along with relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields. Strong communication skills and a valid UAE driving license are required to ensure compliance with local standards and regulations. Qualifications
- Minimum UAE experience in snagging inspections and construction.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property inspections.
- Hands-on experience identifying construction defects and MEP snags.
- Valid UAE driving license required.

Our client is seeking an experienced Snagging Inspector to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction electrical engineering or a related field with a focus on snagging inspections and defect identification.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify construction defects and snags
- Prepare detailed reports with photographs and clear descriptions of defects
- Collaborate with developers contractors and consultants to resolve issues
- Work independently to meet inspection deadlines
- Utilize knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
- Minimum UAE experience in snagging inspections and construction
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property inspections
- Hands-on experience in identifying construction defects and MEP snags
- Valid UAE driving license

- Experience in handover inspections DLP inspections and pre-handover snagging
