We are supporting a leading organization seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to establish and lead its compliance and risk function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks, overseeing enterprise-wide risk, and embedding governance processes, all while shaping a culture of compliance across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement risk management and compliance frameworks
• Oversee enterprise-wide risk and governance processes
• Interact directly with regulators to ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations from day one
• Conduct risk assessments, lead reviews, and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed compliance into decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• University degree with 7+ years’ experience in risk and compliance
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements
• Proven track record in building compliance frameworks and managing enterprise risk
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, FRM, CIA) are an advantage
