We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a passion for coffee.
- Creating high-quality beverages, such as espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks.
- Following proper procedures for grinding beans, brewing coffee, frothing milk, and making hot chocolate.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area at all times.
- Making sure all supplies are stocked and ready for customers.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile, taking their orders accurately, and responding promptly to any inquiries they may have.
- Taking payment from customers as needed.
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are met at all times.
- Previous experience working in a café or related food service environment.
- Knowledge of various espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
- An understanding of brewing techniques for different types of coffees/teas/hot beverages as well as food safety protocols such as proper storage temperature requirements.
