Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Zayed City. The ideal candidate should be an organized and reliable individual with a passion for creating and serving delicious coffee drinks. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato and other specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes
• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment associated with the preparation of coffee drinks
• Follow health and safety standards when preparing coffee beverages
• Make sure all ingredients are stocked and available
• Take customer orders accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service in an efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow sanitation guidelines

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to quickly learn menus and recipes for specialty drinks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
