Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders from customers quickly and accurately; preparing food items according to company standards; serving drinks; cleaning tables; re-stocking supplies; setting tables; answering customer inquiries about menu items; providing excellent customer service at all times; complying with all applicable health department regulations while adhering to all safety procedures.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is kept clean and tidy at all times by following established cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• A friendly and courteous attitude towards customers
• Up to date valid servsafe certification (or equivalent)
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, when required
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs of weight on a regular basis when needed
