Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality beverages, such as espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Following proper procedures for grinding beans, brewing coffee, frothing milk, and making hot chocolate.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Making sure all supplies are stocked and ready for customers.
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile, taking their orders accurately, and responding promptly to any inquiries they may have.
• Taking payment from customers as needed.
• Ensuring that health and safety standards are met at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a café or related food service environment.
• Knowledge of various espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
• An understanding of brewing techniques for different types of coffees/teas/hot beverages as well as food safety protocols such as proper storage temperature requirements.
