Job summary
A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Supervisor to oversee promotional stands in malls. The ideal candidate will ensure stand hygiene, train promoters, and manage client engagement to effectively convert leads. Candidates should have proven experience in team supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work six days a week, including weekends. This role requires excellent organizational ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising promotional teams, preferably in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Flexible to work 6 days a week including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and performance of promotional stands in malls.
- Ensure stand hygiene and maintenance for optimal performance.
- Train and monitor promoters to ensure adherence to standards.
- Manage client engagement and conversion strategies.
- Provide daily updates on stand activities and performance.
