Position: Sales Supervisor HORECA

Location: Dubai

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related field; minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG or beverage industry, focusing on Dubai HORECA market; proven HORECA sales management experience; valid UAE driving license; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HORECA sales team in Dubai.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, route plans, and customer visits.
• Monitor product availability, placement, and visibility at outlets.
• Implement promotions, campaigns, and upselling strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and reviews.
• Train sales team on product knowledge, customer service, and selling techniques.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock levels.
