Job summary
A logistics company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure safety and performance within the transportation network. You will support the Operations Manager, mentor logistics assistants, and ensure process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and logistics, willing to work flexible shifts. Join us in delivering top-notch service to our customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in logistics.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager.
- Prioritize and improve safety at the delivery station.
- Monitor performance, coach coordinators and associates, and improve logistics processes.
- Interview candidates for associate roles.
- Train and mentor new associates on tasks required.
