Job summary
A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a professional in Dubai to lead label change projects, managing global product leadership and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in operations or regulatory environments. Strong leadership and project management skills are crucial for this role. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Operations, Regulatory or Quality environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and oral).
- Experience working effectively across different cultures.
- Strong project management skills including stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Global product leadership for label change projects.
- Responsibility for accuracy within the Artwork Management System.
- Lead label change projects for launches and transfers.
- Develop and report performance metrics in label change execution.
- Act as business process owner for specific labeling business processes.
