Key Responsibilities:

• · Enthusiastic and client-focused, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing business consultation and tailored solutions to clients looking to establish their presence in the UAE.
• · Consult with clients to understand their business needs and advise them on the best jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and legal structure.
• · Guide clients through the complete business setup process, license issuance, visa processing (investor, partner, employee), corporate and personal bank account opening, and securing all necessary approvals based on the selected business activity and jurisdiction.
• · Strong knowledge of business activities in the UAE, including trade license classifications, activity restrictions, and regulatory requirements for mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
• · Prepare proposals, quotations, and incorporation plans based on client requirements.
• · Liaise with government departments (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone Authorities) to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• · Provide updates and support to clients throughout the setup journey.
• · Stay updated with changes in UAE regulations and ensure compliance for all business activities.
• · Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation and confidentiality.
• · Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• · Bachelor's Degree in any field
• · Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in company formation or corporate services in the UAE.
• · Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, free zone and mainland regulations.
• · Familiarity with PRO services and visa procedures.
• · Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus).
• · Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• · Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• · Detail-oriented and highly organized.
