We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is best suited for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in administrative management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee schedules and leave requests
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budget allocation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative management role
