Job Title: Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and consumer behavior, as well as collaborate with suppliers and retailers to ensure successful product placement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities
- Create attractive product displays that showcase the brand's image and maximize sales potential
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery schedules
- Work closely with the sales team to analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment
- Communicate regularly with retailers to ensure proper product placement and timely restocking
- Monitor inventory levels at retail stores and make adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and market trends
- Travel occasionally to attend trade shows or visit suppliers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and retailers
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visual presentation
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work
