Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including tracking inventory levels, analyzing data to make purchasing decisions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire inventory management process, from tracking stock levels to making purchasing decisions
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions about inventory needs
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate ordering of supplies
- Work closely with warehouse staff to monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste
- Train and supervise team members on proper inventory management procedures
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth flow of operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred but not required
