Job summary
A rapidly growing facility service provider in Dubai is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor. The role involves supervising and coordinating cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards, and managing daily operations. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in cleaning management and knowledge of safety and hygiene standards. The position offers a salary of up to 7K AED, based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures.
- Manage attendance, performance, discipline, and inventory.

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality standards across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and training on cleaning procedures, equipment uses, and safety.
- Manage attendance, performance, discipline, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Handle client coordination, resolve service issues, and maintain required logs, checklists, and documentation.
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 40 years below
- At least 4 years of experience in cleaning management/supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in handling a team of 8-25 members.
