Job summary
A leading technical services company in Dubai is looking for a candidate to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. The ideal person has 4+ years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance and possesses a high school diploma or higher. Key responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and managing maintenance staff. Candidates must have a UAE driving license and knowledge of AC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
- Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environments.
- Must have a UAE driving license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff.

- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escape.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred for advanced technical understanding.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in facility or equipment maintenance, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership.
- Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environments, with knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
- Must have UAE driving license with aware of Dubai roots.
Knowledge of AC Systems Like VRF , Chiller system, split Unit Maintenance.
Knowledge of Electrical and plumbing system Maintenance.
Ability to handle the Team and overlook the PPM .
