Job Requirements

As a Junior Maintenance Engineer Wireline, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly, and performing visual inspections of electronics and electro-mechanical/hydraulic assemblies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
2. Following predefined procedures aligned with work practices and quality standards, with some autonomy in exceptional situations.
3. Identifying equipment malfunctions and performing repairs to prevent catastrophic failures.
4. Reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
5. Using logical troubleshooting techniques to identify and communicate technical problems; providing coaching to technicians.
6. Participating in incident investigations and troubleshooting.
7. Contributing to the improvement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant industry experience with electronic equipment and sensors, with basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in electronic soldering and reading engineering diagrams.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
