• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor
• Ability to analyze technical data and develop solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
