Job summary

A leading financial services provider in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Customer Engineer to perform maintenance and repairs on financial equipment. You will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and building strong relationships with clients. Candidates should have a degree in Electronics or Engineering and experience in PC hardware maintenance. This role may require traveling and handling equipment in various conditions. We seek proactive individuals who can work independently and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Driving license is mandatory.
• Experience on Windows operating systems required.
• Previous experience in NCR or similar equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
• Resolve customer problems or incidents.
• Assist in site preparation and equipment installation.
• Build working relationships with customers.
• Conduct periodic preventative maintenance.

Skills

Ability to work with Microsoft Office

Experience on Windows operating systems

Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support

Previous experience in NCR or similar equipment

CCNA preferred

Education

Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
