Job summary
A healthcare organization in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dedicated nursing/midwifery leader to develop and implement clinical practice standards. This role involves responsibility for staff education, clinical leadership, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Candidates who have a passion for improving clinical practices and a commitment to service excellence will be ideal. The position contributes to ongoing education and leadership within the nursing community.
Responsibilities

A member of the nursing/midwifery leadership team who is responsible for developing and implementing age appropriate clinical practice standards consistent with best practice guidelines. Participates in the development and maintenance of a competency‑based continuing education program that supports the nurses/midwifes in all specialty areas towards improvement in clinical practice. Provides clinical leadership in relevant area of specialty.
