Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification nursing experience, including specialized services and clinical certification.

The Registered Nurse specializes in providing high‑quality, individualized care to patients in long‑term care to transitional care settings, following best practices and organizational standards. This role also supports nursing department management, including scheduling, staff evaluation, and development.

  • Documents care accurately and communicates effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and escalation of care.
  • Participates in quality improvement, audits, and educational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications
