We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with restaurant operations, from hiring and training staff to creating menus and developing marketing strategies.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in making sure that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling shifts, managing budgets, and monitoring quality of service provided by staff members. In this role you must have excellent customer service skills as well as knowledge of food preparation techniques. You must also be organized and able to work independently or as part of a team. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including budgeting and financial analysis
• Ability to create innovative menus that meet customer needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage diverse personalities
• Familiarity with Dubai’s culture and customs
• Ability to work flexible hours; nights, weekends, holidays
• Immigrant status acceptable
