Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities and an aptitude for problem solving. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff members provide exceptional customer service and that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for creating a pleasant dining experience through effective management of the facility, including but not limited to: controlling costs, evaluating and training staff, addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. The Restaurant Manager must possess a working knowledge of financials and be able to forecast sales trends.

Job Requirements:
• Proven track record of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and senior management
• Working knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation regulations and liquor laws
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational capabilities with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
• Professional certification in food safety or other related field is preferred but not required
• Must be fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset

This position offers a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role who meet all other requirements.
