Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service center.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate automotive service recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed repair orders and mission service instructions to technicians.
  • Communicate vehicle inspection results and repair recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions daily.
  • Order automotive parts and supplies as per the service requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer repairs are completed on time.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience, providing effective and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance schedules and important automotive care routines.
  • Follow up with clients post-service to gather feedback and address any remaining concerns.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and service standards are adhered to within the service department.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive services is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple service requests and tasks.
  • Proficiency in using service software and basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
