- ELP Level 4
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,500 PIC hours (Note: Cruise Captain time not accepted & PIC time obtained while operating as First Officer is not accepted)
- Minimum 200 hours on A320 in the last 12-18 months
- Maximum acceptable age up to 60 years
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 500 hours on A320 in the last 18 months
- Maximum acceptable age up to 55 years
