Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative assignments in a timely manner.
• Keep track of all tools and arrange them in proper storage.
• Perform all item entries in AADMIS.
• Maintain calibration status for all tools and test equipment.
• Replenish and manage office supplies as needed.
• Prepare and modify documents including reports and emails.
• Handle import and export shipments.
• Facilitate shipping products from one destination to another.
• Arrange transportation and deliveries to meet customer demand.
• Receive products and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare loads for shipment.
• Follow safety and quality requirements at all times.
• Avoid quality control issues.
• Maintain order in the warehouse and toolshop.

Your role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling tools, goods and materials in our warehouse and tool shop. This position requires attention to details and has the ability to handle multiple job responsibilities, set priorities and to work with cross functional teams, customers and suppliers as necessary.

Responsilbites

• Manage all the administrative assignments in a timely manner
• Keep track of all tools and to arrange with order in a proper storage
• All sending and receiving items entry should be done in AADMIS
• Keep up the calibration status for all tools and test equipment
• Replenish / purchase office supplies and manage them accordingly if needed
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Handle import and export shipments
• Facilitates the shipping of products from one destination to another
• Arrange transportation, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receives products and coordinates deliveries
• Prepares loads for shipment
• At all times following safety and quality requirements
• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
• Make sure warehouse and toolshop is kept in good order

Experience:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma/bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience is recommended

Required skills
