Job summary

A leading aviation service company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide VIP hospitality for guests and coordinate aircraft activities. Responsibilities include facilitating smooth transitions from landside to airside, managing scheduling changes, and ensuring high presentation standards in all areas. Candidates should have at least one year's experience in a similar role and a High School Certificate. This is a full-time contract position, with permanent residency in Dubai required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in FBO or customer service.
• Previous experience in an aviation operational role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate arrival and departure of aircraft, passengers and crew.
• Coordinate aircraft permissions such as landing/take off permits.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas.
• Process handling files and entries into FBO One accurately.
