A leading aerospace maintenance company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a manager to oversee special processes in aircraft repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8-10 years of experience in the MRO sector, focusing on process optimization and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role includes leading lean initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in MRO sector or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with SOPs and process simulations.
- Knowledge of special processes like welding, NDT, and CNC machining.
Responsabilités
- Develop and optimize special processes for aircraft repairs.
- Lead lean process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on New Product/Process Introduction.
