Job summary
A leading property management firm in Dubai is seeking a Field Lead Acquisition Executive to develop relationships with reception and security teams in residential buildings. The role involves generating landlord referrals for holiday homes, requiring a valid UAE driving license and ownership of a car. You should have field sales experience and be comfortable working outdoors, with strong communication skills preferred. This position offers commission based on management agreement signings, alongside reimbursements for fuel and parking.

- Own car required + valid UAE driving license.
- 1+ year of field sales, canvassing, or real estate lead-generation preferred.
- Strong communication; Hindi / Urdu is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned buildings daily according to the approved route plan.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with reception/security teams.
- Submit all referrals through HubSpot the same day.
