Your collaborative approach will be essential in working with fellow healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Create and implement individualized care plans that focus on prevention and wellness.
- Provide education to patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Accurately document patient encounters and maintain compliance with medical regulations.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to remain up-to-date with advancements in family medicine.
- Medical degree with a valid license to practice in Family Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited family medicine residency program.
