Our client is the leading Advertising & Marketing Agency in Dubai & MENA, offering Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO and Creative solutions for all.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Digital Transformation for our client at Dubai office with 710 years of experience in the digital marketing field, preferably on the agency side. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across paid, owned, and earned digital media strategy and is well-versed with the emerging AI tools.

He/ she will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and growth initiatives of our agency, which specializes in media planning and buying, social and content development, SEO, and white-label martech solutions. The CSGO will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's future by identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring alignment across all verticals to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with on leading new & existing client engagements, focused on digital transformation, AI Marketing Solutions and social media strategy. and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the agency's goals and maximizes growth opportunities across all verticals
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing & transformation strategies
  • Analyze social media listening metrics, agency tools and a variety of digital performance data & KPIs to extract actionable insights.
  • Build and manage integrated digital media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs using the agency tools as well as our partner Digital & AI-powered marketing analytics tools.
  • Advise client marketing team / advertising agency on digital strategy planning & execution
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the agency's goals and maximizes growth opportunities across all verticals
  • Collaborate with team leaders to create innovative service offerings that meet client needs and anticipate market trends
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams within each vertical, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Implement processes that facilitate knowledge sharing and synergy across teams to optimize service delivery
  • Enhance the agencys brand presence in the marketplace through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.
  • Oversee marketing strategies aimed at positioning the agency as a leader and driving value keeping the clients business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Masters is preferred.
  • 710 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing or digital media agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and leading successful strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of media planning and buying, content development, SEO, and marketing technology
  • Proficient in social listening tools and analytics platforms with ability to interpret and act on insights.
  • Excellent client management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
