About Your Team

This role reports directly to the General Manager – ALEC FITOUT, and works closely with construction teams, commercial and planning departments, consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to deliver complex interior works across the UAE.

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in line with client requirements and contract obligations
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, and technical compliance
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and commercial matters with transparency
• Ensure effective collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all workstreams
• Drive team performance, resource planning, and motivation
• Foster innovation in construction methods and delivery models
• Support ALEC FITOUT’s broader operational and project-related needs

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in project management within the fit-out or construction sector, ideally with large-scale, high-end commercial or hospitality developments.

Knowledge & Expertise:

• Strong background in project planning, scheduling, budget control, and construction methodology.
• Experience in contract management, commercial oversight, and procurement logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with safety and quality management frameworks.
• Hands-on with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Exposure to digital tools, BIM environments, or agile methodologies.
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and sustainability-conscious project delivery.

Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
