We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East. As a Healthcare Project Manager you will play a crucial role in planning executing and overseeing projects.

• Lead and manage projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.

• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Manage project budgets and financial resources effectively.

• Manage business development activities including proposal development and active client relationship building.

• Manage and develop teams and contribute to creating a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Medicine Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field or Masters degree in Public Health Health Administration medicalclinical biopharma or related field

• Minimum of 6.5 years of relevant experience

• Previous consulting experience of minimum of 3 years required

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare projects

• Excellent understanding of the regional healthcare market including KSA UAE and others

• Proven project experience in one or more key healthcare and life sciences topics including but not limited to: public health population health management valuebased healthcare health financing healthcare operations models of care life sciences and pharma strategy pharma localization others

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams

• Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
