We are seeking skilled and reliable MEP Technicians to join our team. The MEP Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure all MEP systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  Maintain and repair electrical circuits, panels, and wiring.
  Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues related to MEP systems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  Respond promptly to maintenance requests, including emergencies, to resolve system failures.
  Perform regular system inspections and troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment.
• System Monitoring & Testing: Monitor and test the performance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on MEP systems to prevent failures.
  Ensure systems are compliant with relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and industry standards for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  Adhere to company policies and procedures for health and safety regulations.
  Identify safety hazards and take corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment logs, maintenance reports, and service history.
  Provide detailed reports to supervisors regarding system performance, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operation of all MEP systems.
  Communicate effectively with other team members, vendors, and contractors to coordinate repairs or upgrades.
• Emergency Response: Provide on-call support and respond to emergency service requests for MEP system failures or breakdowns.
  Troubleshoot and resolve emergency maintenance issues as quickly as possible.
• Equipment and Inventory Management: Maintain and inventory all tools, equipment, and materials required for MEP maintenance.
  Ensure that all tools and machinery are in good working condition and properly calibrated.
