• Serve as a technical expert in presales engagements, focusing on high-frequency electromagnetic solutions mainly for the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Analyze and understand customer requirements, pain points, and project goals to deliver tailored Synopsys solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations that address customer needs.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase product capabilities and value.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.

• Master’s degree in Electromagnetics or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or as engineer within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Deep expertise in high-frequency electromagnetic concepts, antennas, EMC, and PCB design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proven experience in project management within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Proficiency with simulation tools and methodologies relevant to electromagnetic analysis.
• Exceptional customer relations skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
