Qualifications

- Business Requirements & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and IT architecture.
- Assist in testing, deployment, and system enhancements.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user manuals, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Conduct training sessions to support end-users.
- Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Monitor IT application performance and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT Applications Analyst role.
- Experience in enterprise applications, software implementation, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and business teams.
- Stakeholder management experience.
