About the job Data Analyst (HR & Support)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a curious and hands‑on HR & Support Analyst to drive the development of analytics for our people and customer service functions. This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity through data, building structure where there is none, and helping teams make better decisions based on insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build HR analytics (dashboards, alert systems, and structured reporting processes).
  • Design and maintain a robust process for collecting, cleaning, and organizing HR-related data.
  • Analyze hiring funnels, team structures, employee engagement, and other people-related metrics to support the HR team in making data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to identify key metrics, track progress, and surface actionable insights.
  • Assist the Support team by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing user requests, and improving internal and external service quality through data.
  • Develop monitoring tools for Support performance, including speed, quality, and workload distribution metrics.
  • Provide full-cycle analytical support for HR and Support teams from metrics definition and data collection to recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Contribute to the development of a company‑wide data culture, with a focus on operational functions.
  • Work on the foundational data model for HR and Support domains.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Strong SQL skills, and experience with Python, including applications outside traditional analysis.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Superset.
  • Solid grounding in statistics and data interpretation.
  • A structured mindset and love for organization, order, and clean systems.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage.
  • You will be building analytics processes in a domain that previously had none infrastructure is still forming.
  • Many stakeholders and requests will require clear prioritization and good communication.
  • The insights you generate will have real, visible impact on how HR and Support operate.
What We Offer
  • We operate as a remote‑first company, and you can work from anywhere in the world without location constraints.
  • Working hours are fully flexible.
  • We provide extended time off: 28 paid vacation days per year, plus 12 additional bonus days.
  • Sick leave is fully paid and handled without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • We support professional growth by covering the cost of relevant courses, certifications, and training programs.
  • You will have real impact and ownership of meaningful, high‑value tasks, along with the opportunity to help shape core infrastructure in the fintech and crypto space.
