Career Opportunities: Logistics Systems and Process Analyst (4184)

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Systems & Process Analyst, that will support the global 4PL logistics operations by driving digital excellence and process optimization across logistics systems and platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing system integrations, data flows, and reporting tools, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and partner onboarding.

The Logistics Systems & Process Analyst is instrumental in managing and optimizing digital tools and platforms, including systems integrations, Power BI dashboards, and our in-house logistics platform to enhance productivity across our logistics ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure front‑end modules of the in‑house logistics platform.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot EDI/API connections and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards for operational and strategic reporting.
  • Analyse logistics workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Identify and implement digital tools to enhance productivity and streamline logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to drive system enhancements and automation.
  • Support onboarding and integration of logistics partners into digital platforms.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on logistics systems and tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, digital systems, or process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and understanding of EDI/API protocols.
  • Experience with TMS or other logistics platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Understanding of global logistics and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
