Responsibilities

• Business Requirements & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and IT architecture.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and system enhancements.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user manuals, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Conduct training sessions to support end-users.
• Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Monitor IT application performance and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus.

Experience
