Job Description
A Bell Attendant in Waldorf Astoria provides consistently delivered exceptional customer service to Guests, particularly in relation to the transferring and storing of luggage and assisting with guest queries and general questions. Steering arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner to and from their guest rooms and acquainting each guest with room and features.
