Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.
• Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
