As the Climate Solutions Delivery Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in implementing and delivering Zeroe's software platform to our customers. This role ensures our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations, leading Zeroe's efforts in the carbon accounting space. You will advise customers on their sustainability journeys, contribute to marketing content, and advocate for Zeroe's solutions.

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead the delivery and implementation of Zeroe's platform, aligning with customer objectives, climate goals, and regulatory needs.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, providing advice on climate commitments, carbon accounting, and regulations.
3. Scope customer engagements, customizing Zeroe's offerings for various industries and markets.
4. Present product demonstrations and ROI analyses to communicate platform benefits.
5. Lead in the carbon accounting domain, sharing expertise on GHG Protocol standards and sustainability programs.
6. Manage and mentor a team supporting platform delivery, fostering innovation and collaboration.
7. Advise customers on their sustainability journey, providing insights and support.
8. Manage delivery timelines, coordinating across departments to meet project goals.
9. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to evolve the platform and stay aligned with sustainability trends.
11. Create marketing content translating complex concepts into accessible materials.
12. Promote the adoption of Zeroe's solutions, engaging with stakeholders in the sustainability ecosystem.
13. Maintain relevant certifications to enhance strategies, product development, and market positioning.
