Duties :

• Strategic Leadership :
• Lead and develop teams ensuring a high-performance culture.

Customer Retention :

• Prioritize customer relationships and retention.
• Oversee new business sales and marketing strategies.

Operational Excellence :

• Ensure compliance with service standards.

• Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
• Ensure effective risk management and ROI on investments.
• Lead digital transformation and innovation.

HR & Compliance :

• Oversee staffing performance and BBBEE compliance.

Qualifications and Experience Required :

• MBA qualification is highly preferred
• 15 years post-articles experience
• 7 years top management experience at Exco level
• Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar experience is essential
