A global employment solutions firm is seeking a Tax Technology Expert to drive the transformation of their global tax function. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions, managing tax requirements across ERP systems, and optimizing tax processes. Candidates should have expertise in tax technology, ERP systems, and experience with automation tools. This full-time position offers a remote work environment, focusing on efficiency and compliance.

- Proven experience in tax technology, digital tax transformation, or tax systems.
- Experience in multinational or high-growth environments.
- Prior involvement in ERP implementations or tax engine deployments.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data models, APIs, and data integration.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain the tax technology roadmap aligned with the company’s digital strategy.
- Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, AI/ML, workflow tools).
- Own tax requirements in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
- Improve tax data quality, lineage, governance, and accessibility.
