Job summary
An African evidence organization is seeking an experienced Director to provide strategic, operational, and representational leadership. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree and have over 5 years of leadership experience in a pan-African or international organization. Responsibilities include guiding the strategic plan, managing the Secretariat, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This full-time role offers annual remuneration between R1,000,000 and R1,500,000, focusing on strong governance, fundraising skills, and multilingual abilities. Frequent travel across Africa is expected.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in a pan-African or international organization.
- Strong skills in strategic guidance and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage a team and lead operations.
