Job description

A leading provider of electronic systems is seeking an experienced Dev Ops professional to spearhead the development of streamlined digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate current practices to reduce and optimize documentation required by engineering projects.

Research methods and tools for establishing requirement / design / verification baselines.

Align requirements baseline outputs to customer standards requirements, e.g., RTCA DO-, RTCA DO-, ARP A, EN .

Design and maintain continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins and integrate with other development environment tools.

Establish an Agile Software Development environment covering continuous integration, reviewing, testing, delivery, and deployment.

Design and maintain a problem reporting system in Jira to track problems experienced during development.

Collaborate with Developers to ensure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices.

Set-up, manage, and maintain a LDAP server / database used for user authentication on all development environment tools.

Collaborate with the Global division for Iaa S and Caa S deployments.

Provide direct server support during operations such as deployment, licensing, license server maintenance, and general production.

Configure, maintain, and store images of build environments.

Perform script development, maintenance, and updates.

Assist in developing a roadmap for Dev Ops environment and way of working.

Learn and gather new technologies and related tools to introduce to the organization.

Report generating and building dashboards for Dev Ops.

Assist in maintaining and migrating legacy tools like CVS, SVN, PVCS, and Track.

Contribute to Cyber Security requirements.
