A leading technology firm in South Africa is looking for a Platform Strategy Executive. This leadership role focuses on defining and executing platform operations strategy and overseeing all infrastructure operations to ensure performance and uptime. The successful candidate will have a strong background in multi-cloud management, governance, ITSM, and mentoring cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and client engagement skills are essential for this challenging position.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record in managing multi-cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Experience in ITSM and observability.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Aufgaben
- Define and execute platform operations strategy across various layers.
- Oversee infrastructure operations while ensuring uptime and performance.
- Govern Paa S operations and establish disaster recovery policies.
- Lead end-to-end application operations and manage incidents.
- Ensure compliance with international standards in operations.
