Platform Strategy Executive

This is a leadership role focused on defining and executing platform operations strategy across compute, storage, networking, Paa S layers, and business-critical applications.

The ideal candidate will oversee all infrastructure operations, ensuring uptime, scalability, and performance of infrastructure services.

They will also govern Paa S operations, establish resilient DR, BCP, and capacity management, and drive automation, observability, and AIOps-led monitoring.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Define and execute platform operations strategy

Integrate operations across compute, storage, networking, Paa S layers, and business-critical applications

Infrastructure & Platform Operations

Oversee all infrastructure operations

Ensure uptime, scalability, and performance of infrastructure services

Govern Paa S operations : container orchestration, middleware, and integration platforms

Application Operations

Lead end-to-end application operations

Govern incident, problem, and change management for critical applications

Governance, Compliance & Risk

Establish policies, standards, and work instructions covering infrastructure, platform, and application operations

Ensure compliance with international standards

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Serve as the senior operational leader for infrastructure, platform, and application matters across clients

People & Performance Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
